I called down to the front desk & asked if i could receive a refund since we barley got to walk into the room before we had to leave. Around 8:30pm I had went up to the room & received a phone call about a death in the family, so I did what any sane person does. I had checked into my hotel room around 5:30/6pm & went straight to the casino so I could see what was so grand about it before I went to my room. I just turned 21 on November 26th & was going to be staying here since its supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in blackhawck.
I have never been the type of person to write a review, yet alone a bad review, but my entire interaction with Ameristar has been so dreadful that I felt it needed to be shared with others.
